How We Choose Our Models
Our models are a vital part of our studio workshops and are chosen not only for their professionalism and modelling skills, but also for their natural ability to work with photographers of all levels of experience. Putting our attendees at ease and having a fun and friendly manner is of the utmost importance
Workshop Model Levels
It is important to us that, where possible, we use models who work to higher levels of eroticism than we need – i.e.”open leg”. This ensures we can create poses that may be more risqué than “art nude” models work to, without pushing the model’s boundaries. This doesn’t necessarily mean we will shoot “open leg” images, as we like to create tasteful erotica, but it gives us more options.
Roxy
Roxy has been a mainstay with us at NXWorkshops for many years and for very good reason. Roxy’s natural posing ability ensures that while you’re concentrating on lighting and composition, you can leave the poses up to her! If you want to offer her direction, she’ll take it and add her own spin to ensure you get the very best images.
Roxy has a wealth of experience, modelling for several years appearing in many top shelf magazines. She is equally happy working with all levels of experienced photographers, from those with many years under their belt to newcomers to the world of studio photography.
Her friendly, relaxed approach will set you at ease and she is happy to offer her take on images to help improve them where possible.
Chloe
Chloe is a professional and well-established model often appearing in well-known top shelf magazines and she has her own very popular website. Her wicked sense of humour makes working with her great fun and she makes workshops relaxed & enjoyable. She poses like a dream and has an amazing lingerie collection!
Sam Jaz
Jaz may be petite but she is perfectly proportioned! She is fun, energetic and totally enthusiastic about her modelling. Jaz is wonderful at taking direction in the studio but is also perfectly happy to pose unaided, making her the perfect choice for workshop photography. She is completely happy posing from lingerie through to artistic and erotic nude levels.

We’re always on the look out for new models to work with – not just for our workshops. We need models for our tutorial website leighperkins.com as well as other projects and test shoots.
So if you’re a model looking for paid shoots and shoot any levels from lingerie to topless/nude and erotic then get in touch and let’s talk. We offer good rates of pay and as we sometimes book models for two or more consecutive days we can also offer private accommodation in one of our two cosy holiday cottages if you are travelling from afar.
