Ship To Shore
Leigh started out as a Cruise Ship photographer in the Caribbean when he was just 18 and over the years has worked in every photographic field imaginable from weddings, portraiture and PR to commercial, travel and video production.
A Boudoir Business
Zena joined the business in 2002 and in 2004 they set up Mighty Aphrodite – a specialist nude, erotic and boudoir portrait studio for women, men and couples.
Mighty Aphrodite is one of the UK’s longest-running boudoir studios and with Leigh photographing every single Mighty Aphrodite photo shoot, he is probably the UK’s most experienced erotic & nude portrait photographer. As well as work for private clients, Mighty Aphrodite also undertake commercial work primarily for the lingerie/adult sector and helped to film videos for the launch of the Pirelli Calendar in 2014 & 2015. New Studio in Wales in 2020
In 2020, Leigh and Zena made the bold move to rural Mid West Wales to build a new studio. They found the perfect spot on the Ceredigion / Carmarthenshire border and moved into their cute barn-conversion cottage with 4 acres of meadows and two cosy holiday cottages on site. So now workshop clients can also book to stay over if they are travelling from afar. They built their new studio from scratch – you can see pictures of the build here: Studio with a View and more updates on their new location here: Our New Life in Wales
